Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy on most of our merchandise*, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, be unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@shopdotdot.co and provide your order number and the item(s) that you wish to return. Once accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
*Holiday-specific products (Easter, Halloween, Christmas, etc.) are final sale and not eligible for return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Return Shipping
Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Upon receipt of your return request, we will send you a return label and inform you of the shipping charge for the return. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the actual shipping charge calculated when the return label is processed. This amount may differ from the amount paid to ship your initial order, especially if a shipping promotion was used. You may use your own shipping method to return your order to us if you do not want to have your return shipping deducted from your refund. If you use your own shipping method to return your order, you assume all responsibility for the shipment and shipping charges.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item(s) you want is to complete your return and make a separate purchase for the new item(s). If you would like us to process an exchange for your online order, please contact us at hello@shopdotdot.co.
Refunds
You will receive a notification once your return has been received and your refund processed. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Returns sent back more than 30 days after the original order was delivered will be issued via store credit.
