Shipping policy

Customers may choose Ground or Express Shipping, Store Pickup, or Local Delivery at checkout. 

Standard Ground Shipping - Standard Ground shipping is offered at a flat rate of $10 for most orders*, and is free with code FREESHIP on orders over $95. Oversized items or orders will default to Oversized Ground Shipping. *See Oversized shipping rate info below.

Oversized Ground Shipping - Orders including individual oversized items or multiple items that add up to an oversized shipment will default to an oversized shipping charge for ground shipping. The rates for Oversized Ground Shipping start at $20 and go up based on the weight/size of shipment. Free shipping promotions are not available for Oversized Ground Shipping.

Express Shipping - 2 day shipping is offered as an option on all orders, and starts at $30. The total shipping charge for expedited shipping is based on weight and will be displayed upon checkout. For the total shipping time, please see below. Free shipping promotions are not available for express shipping.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days from receipt of order (excluding holidays). Orders shipped via standard shipping (including our free shipping option) typically arrive 3-8 days from the day they are dispatched from our shop (barring any unforeseen carrier delays). 

Orders with expedited shipping will be dispatched within 1 business day (excluding holidays) and typically arrive within 2 days from the day they are dispatched from our shop (barring any unforeseen carrier delays).

Dot Dot Dot is not responsible for any delayed delivery due to slower than normal dispatch, carrier delays, weather, or any other unforeseen events. 

Local Pickup - Pickup at our Larchmont, New York shop (148 Larchmont Ave) is available for free when you select that option at checkout. Pickup orders are typically ready within 2 hours, but may take longer during busy times. You will receive a notification when your item is ready for pickup. We ask that you pick up your online order within 3 days when possible.

Local Delivery - Local delivery is available to Larchmont and other cities and towns in lower Westchester County. Prices start at $7 and go up based on distance of the delivery address from our Larchmont shop. Orders placed before 2pm will generally be delivered the same day and orders placed after 2pm or on days when the store is closed will be delivered the next day that the store is open (Tuesday - Saturday). If no one is available to receive the delivery, it will be left at the address. Dot Dot Dot assumes no responsibility for packages delivered without a recipient present. Please note that Local Deliveries are usually packed in a shopping bag rather than a shipping box. If you would like to choose Local Delivery and have your package delivered at a certain time / day, please contact the shop and we will do our best to accommodate you.
